Karsten Winegeart leads the charge at Dime Labs, where storytelling and strategy truly collide. With over a decade of experience in video production, VFX, and still photography, he’s been leveling up brands with content that hits hard. His track record? Collaborations with global icons like Under Armour, The Rock, and the LA Clippers—bringing bold ideas to life and taking brands straight to the top.
Peter Thomas is a photographer based in Riverside, California, with a lifelong love for the great outdoors. Growing up exploring the world, he’s drawn to discovering new places and immersing himself in Earth’s breathtaking landscapes. His photography has taken him from the Swiss Alps and Canadian Rockies to North America, Iceland, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, and the Himalayas.

Mitch has been immersed in the world of photography for as long as he can remember. With over a decade of experience running his own business, he’s honed his craft, delivering high-quality visuals that tell a story and leave a lasting impression. Whether behind the lens or leading a creative team, Mitch brings a sharp eye, boundless creativity, and a drive to elevate every project he touches.

Evan began his journey as a creative, producing stunning content through design, photography, and video. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, Evan specializes in helping brands and businesses bridge the gap between complex ideas and the audiences that matter most. For Evan, great content doesn’t just “tell a story”—it tells the right story, the one that drives connection, growth, and long-term success.
In the midst of the pandemic, Amanda found herself searching for something more—a spark of creativity and a way to give back. That’s when photography entered her life, offering not just a creative outlet but also a means to connect with others in meaningful ways. Charles Deluvio is a talented photographer and graphic artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Sustainability from Concordia University. With over a decade of experience, he has honed his craft designing innovative products for leading Montreal-based startups, including Frank & Oak, Cook it, Crew, and Unsplash, among other notable names.
